Vision

MQCPI Research and Development Office as a community of inquiry, contributing to its mission of providing intellectual leadership in higher education in Region III.


Objectives

  1. To promote a research culture in MQCPI.
  2. To nurture a culture of genuine intellectual inquiry.
  3. To foster and support the scholarly world of the faculty.
  4. To recommend means to improve the faculty research productivity.

General Function & Responsibility

  • To oversee the faculty and students’ research activities of Mary the Queen College(Pampanga), Inc.; and
  • To coordinate with the Institute Heads and Teachers of Research.

Duties & Responsibility

  1. To lead in managing, evaluating, and documenting research data outputs, research-related information, and in disseminating salient findings of completed researches;
  2. To organize research groups/undertakings that serve as an opportunity for the members of the academic community to present and publish research outputs or as an opportunity for them to listen to outside resource persons;
  3. To monitor the progress of research projects initiated by faculty members, especially those funded by the College;
  4. To review and recommend completed researches or proposals from the teachers;
  5. To oversee the implementation of the guidelines, as prescribed by the MQCPI Research Manual;
  6. To lead the selection of student and faculty researches that will be published through the MQCPI Research Journal; and
  7. To perform other analogous or related functions, as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
