Vision

Being mindful to the Vision-Mission of Mary the Queen College(Pampanga), Inc., the Office of the Registrar will be a center dedicated to uphold excellence in everything it delivers. Its task is to provide administrative and professional services relating to its functions with competence, dedication, objectivity and efficiency.


Mission

To achieve its vision, the Office of the Registrar commits itself to do the following:

  • Timely compliance with requests for, as well as maintenance and management of student records covering the period of their admission to graduation or withdrawal.
  • Systematic and consistent implementation of policies to ensure integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Delivery of top-caliber service through the state-of-the-art technology.

Functions & Services

  • Enforces government and school regulations regarding entrance requirements, enrollment, load, transfer, promotions, subject sequence, graduation, suspension or dismissal of students and other disciplinary measures.
  • Consolidates and submits schedule of classes for each term prepared by Institute Heads.
  • Determines admission, course requirements, transfer, graduation and other matters pertaining to student accounting.
  • Assists in the revision of the various curricula.
  • Disseminates the information on new rules and regulations or requirements.
  • Synchronizes activities with the program of the school.
  • Implements admission and selective retention policies.
  • Determines subject load and subject sequence.
  • Informs students on course deficiency.
  • Evaluates subjects and credits earned in other schools.
  • Determines year placement of irregular students.
  • Enforces graduation requirements.
  • Recommends to CHED, candidates for graduation.
  • Keeps files and records up-to-date.
